
Edward S. Crooks
Ed has over 50 years of trust administration, operations, estate and investment experience. He serves as Chairman of the Board, overseeing all Counsel Trust services and functions.
He is a graduate of Grove City College with a BA in history and economics. He received a Master of Business Administration in finance and security analysis at Clarion University and the ABA National Graduate Trust degree in trust administration at Northwestern University, Chicago, Ill.
Ed served as trust officer of a bank holding company in western Pennsylvania and later started a trust department for a community bank in Hanover, PA.
He founded ECA Investment Group, a Registered Investment Advisory firm in 1986 with offices in Hanover and York, PA.
Together with Brian Selby, Ed founded Counsel Trust Company in 2002.
Brian D. Selby, CFA
Brian has over 40 years of investment and portfolio management experience. He also specializes in employee benefits and trust administration.
He is a graduate of York College of PA with BS in business administration and banking/finance.
Brian served as an equity and fixed income portfolio manager at Drovers Bank and Allied Investment Advisors (formerly York Bank & Trust Co.).
He later became a co-owner of ECA Investment Group and together with Ed Crooks, established Counsel Trust Company.
Brian is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the Baltimore Security Analyst Society.
Brandon E. Crooks, CEO of Counsel Trust Company
Brandon is a shareholder/Board member of Counsel Trust, responsible for overall trust administration, operations, personnel and financial management. He oversees the onboarding of new trust relationships, provides oversight on all discretionary distribution decisions and works directly with legal, financial and tax professionals to provide quality corporate fiduciary services to clients.
He is a 2004 graduate Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a BS in finance.
He served as an Analyst and Associate at Banc of America Securities, LLC in the Global Structured Products Group of the investment bank and Assistant Vice President at Bank of America in the Corporate Investments Group of the corporate bank.
He joined ECA Investment Group as a Principal in 2010 and had a leadership role in establishing Counsel Trust’s primary trust charter in Tennessee, enabling the delivery of superior, modernized trust and estate planning and administrative services.
Brandon was named Chief Executive Officer of Counsel Trust Company in 2018.
David L. Dolan, President of Counsel Trust Company
David has 35 years of experience in design, administration, and investment of employee benefits programs along with experience in trust administration, operations, tax and estate settlements.
David graduated from Elizabethtown College with a BS degree in business administration, accounting and finance.
He held various positions of management at York Bank & Trust Company, York, and graduated from PBA Trust School at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA.
He later received his Charter Financial Planning (CFP) designation and served as managing director of Drovers Bank trust department in York, PA.
In 2002 David joined ECA Investment Group as a Principal and was named President of Counsel Trust Company in 2004. He is a shareholder and serves on the Board.
Jason A. Yonkovitch
Jay has been with Counsel Trust for over 11 years and works as a wealth advisor for families, individuals, organizations and employee benefit plans.
In addition to his role as wealth advisor, Jay oversees corporate technology and trust accounting functions.
In 2023, Jay assumed a position on the company’s executive committee and is a member of the Board.
Jay graduated from York College of PA with a BS Degree in Sports Management and worked in the front office of a professional baseball team in Reading, PA.
Jay joined Counsel Trust Company and ECA Investment Group as a Principal in 2014.
He holds Series 65 and Series 7 Securities licenses.
Jennifer Galloway, Esq., Chief Fiduciary Officer
With more than a decade of prior experience in private practice as an estate planning attorney, Jennifer brings a critical focus to the fiduciary services offered by Counsel Trust.
Serving as Chief Fiduciary Officer for Counsel Trust, Jenn is responsible for the onboarding of new trust relationships, provides oversight on all discretionary distribution decisions and works directly with legal, financial and tax professionals to provide quality corporate fiduciary services to clients.
She earned her B.S. degree from Elizabethtown College, Cum Laude with dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science.
In 2009 Jenn obtained a J.D. degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne University School of Law where she was the associate editor for the Duquesne Law Review.
She served as Senior Counsel of Saxton & Stump Law Firm and a member of the Lancaster Bar Association, specializing in estate planning, elder law and estate administration.
Jenn received the 2022 Central Penn Business Journal ’40 Under 40 Young Leaders Award’.
She joined Counsel Trust Company as Chief Fiduciary Officer in 2023 and is active in the PA and York County Bar Associations and York County ‘Leave A Legacy’, among other organizations.
Vickie Chronister
Vickie has more than 45 years of financial services experience in banking spanning retail, audit, accounting, trust, compliance, and operations.
She graduated from York College with a BS degree in Accounting and Minor in Banking and Finance; is an honors graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Trust School at Bucknell University. She also graduated from PA Bankers Leadership Institute and Cannon Financial Institute Securities Operations School.
Prior to joining Counsel Trust Company as Chief Compliance Officer in 2025, Vickie was a charter associate of Traditions Bank where she served as Director of Operations.
Jessica Baublitz
Jessica joined Counsel Trust in 2024 as a trust and operations administrator, bringing over 19 years of experience as a client services, operations and employee training specialist at Edward Jones Financial Advisory.
Jessica has particular expertise in IRA’s and 401k Rollovers. She collaborates with colleagues working primarily in trust operations and administration.
Susan M. Campbell
Susan joined Counsel Trust in 2025 as a trust and operations administrator. She has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is a seasoned professional who delivers exceptional client support and builds long-standing relationships.
Throughout a distinguished career spanning retail banking, commercial finance, and wealth management, Susan has consistently demonstrated a passion for personalized service and a deep understanding of the financial needs of individuals and businesses alike.
Susan’s industry knowledge, coupled with her client-first approach, has made her a trusted advisor and a key contributor to the growth and success of local financial institutions.

Micah S. Davis
Micah assists families, individuals and organizations with their investment and planning needs. With a strong foundation in finance and a commitment to serving his community, Micah is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial aspirations.
Micah graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Finance.
He served as a Financial advisor for McAdam Financial in Philadelphia, PA where he earned his Life and Health (LAH) designation and his Series 65 securities license.
Micah joined Counsel Trust Company as a wealth advisor in 2024.
Brady Dolan
Brady is a wealth advisor for businesses, institutions, and individuals. He also administers IRA’s, personal, institutional and custody accounts.
He graduated from California University of Pennsylvania obtaining his BS degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting.
Brady served as an Analyst with the finance department at United Parcel Service.
In 2022, Brady joined Counsel Trust as a wealth advisor / administrator.
Dallas King
Dallas joined Counsel Trust in 2024 as a Trust Administrator. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Dallas’ experience includes 14 years of providing concierge level service to ultra-high net worth families and individuals as a Family Office Specialist with The Family Office at Synovus Bank.
Prior to that position, she was a product analyst with Synovus Treasury Management and has experience in retail and commercial banking.
Dallas graduated from Auburn University, Montgomery AL in 2007 and holds a BS degree in Business Administration.
Janine M. Paff
Janine has long tenure with Counsel Trust, serving as an administrative assistant in the investment, operations and IT areas.
Prior to joining Counsel Trust, Janine was employed with York Bank & Trust Company as a teller, merchant services representative and trust administrative assistant in operations and investments.
She a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a B.S. Management degree and also graduated from PA Bankers Association Trust School at Bucknell University.
Geoffrey M. Platt
Geoff has more than 25 years of investment management and trust administration experience as a financial advisor for businesses, institutions, and high net worth individuals. In addition, Geoff has significant experience in the design, implementation, administration, and investment management of qualified retirement plans.
He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS degree in finance; is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Trust School at Bucknell University and maintains a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Geoff also has a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation from Cannon Financial Trust School at University of Notre Dame.
Prior to joining Counsel Trust Company/ECA Investment Group as a Principal in 2007, Geoff served as Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor at Sterling Financial Trust Company and an employee benefits officer for Fulton Bank.
Danika Sellers
Danika joined Counsel Trust in early 2022 as a trust and operations administrator. Danika’s role at Counsel Trust is to assist clients and their advisors with all administrative functions.
She is a graduate of York College of PA, earning her degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice.
Prior to joining Counsel Trust, Danika worked for the Clerk of Orphans Court and the Register of Wills of York County.
Paul J. Stevenson
Paul has over 30 years of experience helping clients meet financial goals and engaging them with suitable wealth management strategies designed to build, preserve and sustain their financial well-being.
He is a graduate of Clarion University with a BS degree in economics.
Paul served as a Trust Officer at Fulton Bank with responsibilities in Shareholder Relations, Corporate and Personal Trust Administration.
He is a graduate of Central Atlantic School of Trust through Bucknell University and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Penn State University.
Paul served as a Vice President and Manager of Personal Trust at Bank of Hanover and Trust Company (PNC Wealth Management). He also holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Paul joined Counsel Trust Company and ECA Investment Group as a Principal in 2009.
