With over 37 years of trust and investment management experience, Dick joined Counsel Trust/ECA Investment Group in 2006. His focus is primarily on investment management and financial relationship management services for high net worth individuals. He is also actively seeking ways to expand our market by recruiting additional highly motivated and talented associates to join our companies.

• 2002-2006: Was vice president and York marketing manager with Sterling Financial Trust Company.
   
• 1999-2000: Served as senior vice president with Hershey Trust Company.
   
• 1983-1998: Served as executive vice president and division head at York Bank & Trust Company, York, Pa.

• Graduate of University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
   
• Graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and the Executive Financial Services Graduate Program at the University of Michigan Kellogg School of Management.
   
• Continues to be extremely active in the York community. Served as board chair for the United Way of York County, York County Community Foundation, York Hospital, and South George Street Community Partnership, to name a few. Currently serves on the boards of Wellspan Health and Wellspan Medical Group and the York Health Foundation.
