Paul has over 25 years of experience in providing investment management services, trust and estate administration, financial planning and new business development activities.

• 2009: Joined Counsel Trust Company and ECA Investment Group as a Principal.
   
• 1992: Paul joined Bank of Hanover (later became PNC Wealth Management). Managed numerous family relationships in the Hanover and Gettysburg areas.
   
• 1981: Joined Fulton Financial Advisors.
   
• Graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Trust School at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pa.
   
• 1996: Obtained his CFP designation through the College of Financial Planning.
   
• 1990: Received his MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
   
• 1982: Graduated from Clarion University with dual majors in Economics and Finance.
   
• Paul currently serves on the boards of the First United Methodist Church as Trustee, and the Hanover Rotary Club as President Elect.
   
• He is a member of the Hanover Hospital Professional Advisory Committee and the York County Estate Planning Council.
   
• Previous board memberships include the Guthrie Memorial Library and the York County Library System.
